So it’s the first day of March and yet we seem to be in the midst of a Siberian snow storm. However, spring season is fast approaching in the fashion world, despite the weird turn of weather events. And I don’t know about you but it’s making me want to ditch the dark colours and brighten up my wardrobe. Even though we’re still knitwear-dependant, I think we’re all just about ready for a refresh. Agreed? I’m hoping you are, because I’ve sourced the best of the best in spring-inspired knitwear, for those of you who want a wardrobe overhaul without splashing too much cash. So just keep scrolling for my knitwear top 5, and a whole load of pics of my absolute fave -this extra chunky yellow Topshop number.
I was having my weekly internet shopping scroll when I first laid eyes on this gorgeous yellow knit. And that was it, Topshop had me hooked. I’m now the proud owner of a very chunky, very wide-sleeved, very high necked, yellow jumper. And those four details are exactly what makes this knit so beautiful. And how perfect for Spring? This shade of yellow pretty much sums up spring for me, yet it’s got all the practicalities of a reliable winter jumper. ‘Cos let’s be real here, as much as I’ve said it’s spring in this post, the snow and minus temperatures have other ideas.
