Advent Calendars

It’s the first of December, and when you’re a christmas lover like me, you know what that means don’t you? Advent calendars! Of course, there’s the classic chocolate ones, with my favourite being the Lindt one. Which chocolate one do you pick, are you a cadbury kind of person or a lindt lover? This year is the first year I’m trying one of these amazing beauty calendars too and I have to say, the Boots No 7 calendar is packaged really well and looks very expensive! It’s definitely not as expensive as the Selfridges beauty calendar, though, and while I would have liked to try some of those high-end products, I don’t have the budget for it. The No 7 calendar was £38 and was at the cheap end of the spectrum, but it definitely doesn’t look it, does it? I can’t say anything about the products that come inside it yet because we’re only on day one, but I’ll probably be posting beauty calendar updates on my instagram if you’re interested to see what I get!

I’m not the only one in my household to be opening advent calendars today though! I had two little furry friends who were very excited to open theirs! So excited, that they even tried to eat the cardboard…
