NCFfringejacket-7

The day after I shared my post about my fringe top with you and told you I didn’t want to splurge on a fringed leather jacket, my mum came home from a charity shopping trip with this! It’s a real leather motorbike jacket with fringe and studs and was super cheap- like £3! Although it’s a couple of sizes too big for me, I made it work for a photo shoot with some shoulder-pad removal and careful camera angles. It’s a really amazing piece and I’m slightly disappointed that it’s not my size, otherwise I would wear this so much. Yes, it’s worn and battered in places but that just adds to the look and makes it a proper vintage piece. I styled it simply, throwing it over a slogan cropped tee which my sister bought for me as a present for passing my driving test last month (thanks sis!). I love t shirts like these and can’t wait to style it again for you on the blog.

I’ve also been busy shooting lots of outfits for blog posts, as well as filming a lookbook yesterday afternoon. I am in the process of editing that now, and when I post again on Sunday hopefully it will be ready for your viewing! In the meantime, keep your eye on my youtube channel in case it goes live earlier  than then (which it probably will- I get far too excited to post things like that!).
