I’ve just finished my first two days in my new job and as promised, I’m posting all about what I wore. Although I was hoping that working in retail would mean that I could wear my own clothes, maybe a stricter dress code will be helpful for those days when I look in my wardrobe and find I have nothing to wear. Primark was my first stop for basics, and I bought- amongst other things!- the shirt I’m wearing here. Plain, off-white, chiffon, and little turned up sleeves for a bit of character. For trousers, I knew that Mango would be perfect for a small frame and I got these black, slim-leg, fitted trousers to go alongside my trusty, chunky brogues which I bought off eBay last year.
For accessories, I added a bit of denim and a pop of colour with my soft leather orange bag. Of course, it was all finished off with rose gold jewellery. If you’ve been on my instagram recently, you might have seen the bracelet I found in my mum’s jewellery box which was made to go with my Marc Jacobs watch.
Hello to my little car too, making its first appearance on the blog!
