The latest trend to grace the SS14 catwalks is hawaiian/tropical/exotic prints, in all sorts of extravagant and bold colours. Brands like Prada and Dior have introduced these summer brights, but made them acceptable to wear in spring. Since the prints are so vivid in both colour and pattern, I teamed mine simply with black tights and boots to make sure all eyes are on the print. It doesn’t have to be specifically hawaiian, though. Go for anything big, bright, bold and exotic-looking. The more garish the better!
