I feel slightly frustrated that I didn’t take more snaps of this outfit when I was wearing it, but the pictures that I do have, I love a lot, so I thought this post would still be worthwhile. It includes probably one of my most used items of clothing ever – my burgundy hoodie from Jack Wills. This cardigan saw me through my last year of high school, making sure I was warm and stylish.
The denim jacket pictured will always be a vintage classic. Bought many years ago from designer shop “Miss Sixty”, this jacket has been passed down from my Mum to my sister, and now I make sure I get my fair share of wearing it!
When I first saw the denim jacket coming back into fashion on the catwalk and on the high street, I knew I was definitely going to have to purchase one. That is, until I came across this one hidden away in the cloakroom. The great thing about it is, that because it’s not brand new, I don’t have to “wear it in”, and so it’s already soft and comfortable.
A denim jacket is definitely a staple piece in anyone’s wardrobe, male or female, because it goes with absolutely everything. Even denim jeans if you’re brave enough to go for the denim-on-denim look!
